Constantly Reminding Myself

Day in and day out, there are seven actions which I constanly need to remind myself over and over to fulfill. I wish that they were more automatic in my life, but I'm still working-- even after years and years of effort-- on getting these deeds to become ingrained habits, second nature:
- Drink more water (and less Monsters!)
- Stretch out the muscles
- Smile
- Practice better posture
- Breathe deeply
- Focus thoughts positively
- Pray with more thankfulness
