My 20/20 Rule

For every twenty minutes on a chair, take at least a twenty second break.
Just get in the habit of standing up and stretching out a bit. Walk around the room if you can.
Interrupting your sitting-down time with short breaks can go a long way in preventing your hip flexor muscles from locking up which can trigger some mean low back pain.
So whether at the computer, watching TV, eating dinner, or watching the Warriors at Aloha Stadium, get up off the chair every twenty minutes, for at least twenty seconds.
Of course, when driving down the H-1, no need do the 20/20 :)
