A New Year

2009 is here.

What will happen this year?  What will we MAKE happen this year?

Over the next 12 months, I am committed to elevate my own health to a higher level.  To do this, I will need to greatly lose weight (fat).

My goal is to be at the same weight I was when I wrestled in high school: 157.

What is your resolution?

Hey Doc, Me to, i want to get back to my normal weight. 135lb its hard and tough but ive been going running alot lately. Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays sheesh i get home around 8 but ahh its helping... alittle.
