Christmas Time
My December AroundHawaii.com article is up and running. Here's the link:

It's my day off today and I spent some time downloading some Christmas music into my iPod. Adjusting patients during this season is something I really enjoy. People come in feeling just a bit more stressed than usual-- so many parties to go to, presents to buy, things on the to-do list needing to get checked off. Receiving their adjustment helps my patients keep that Christmas spirit strong.
Because it's a fine line between Christmas Joy and Christmas Meltdown.
Taking a few minutes in between all the errands and obligations for a chiropractic adjustment can go a long way in keeping stress in check. When the spine is aligned and the muscles are that much more relaxed and the vertebrae are moving that much more freely and the nerve power is flowing that much more easily, we are set to focus all our energy on sharing the Christmas spirit with others! (Instead of being preoccupied with the pain of the season's chaos)
I have my own adjustment scheduled for tomorrow with Dr. Campos. I can't wait!

I love that line, "Because it's a fine line between Christmas Joy and Christmas Meltdown." I'm straddling that line right now, and I'm headed to the Chiropractor this morning.
